FAQ's

Do you provide transportation services? 

If you do not have a means of transportation to and from our fun center, we have multiple partners we can recommend based on the size of your party.  For parties of three persons or less, there are UberLyft or Taxi options for transportation. 

What should I wear? 

Guests should wear comfortable clothes.  Closed-toe shoes, preferably sneakers are recommended, but not mandatory.  Loose clothing such as long scarves are not recommended.

Are helmets required? 

For our Euro high-speed experience, helmets are mandatory and are provided free of charge.  Helmets are not required on any of our other tracks or amusement rides.

Can I come with friends and family? 

Yes, your friends and family are welcome to attend and will be able to take photos and videos from our secure viewing areas. Children are welcome, however, pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.

How long should I plan for the whole experience? 

Plan for a minimum of 2 hours for the actual experience, and an additional hour should you wish to take advantage of our café, open for lunch and dinner.

Can I upgrade my experience? 

Yes!  You can always buy additional experiences on site per ride, or add on to any unlimited Mega-Ride wristband in 30-minute increments. 

Can we buy food and drinks at the fun center? 

Yes. There is a cafe with made-to-order pizzas, hand-made sandwiches, fresh salads, oven-baked (not fried) chicken fingers, award-winning ribs and more!

What happens when it rains? 

Las Vegas boasts an average of 320 days of sunshine per year; however, on those rare occasions when it does rain, we do not run on track.  Most often, our rain delays are less than one hour, and we are able to dry off the surface and get you back on track.  Our guests simply move inside and dine or play in our extensive arcade during the waiting period.  On rare occasions, during extreme weather conditions, if we are forced to close the park, we can reschedule you free of charge.

Can I modify my schedule or ask for a refund? 

Reservations are fully refundable with a 24-hour notice of cancellation.  Once a date has been chosen, you can reschedule at any time at no charge.  Group reservation cancellation policies vary.  Please refer to your group agreement.

Is there a weight or height restriction? 

There are height restrictions for each ride.  Please refer to our web site www.lvmgp.com for more information.  We want to make sure that our guests know that the cockpit space in our go-karts is smaller than inside most cars.  

What is the minimum age to participate? 

There is a minimum height requirement for all rides and go karting experiences.  We typically can accommodate guests as young as 3 or 4 years of age on up.  However, for our go karts and our super fun slide, if your little one is able to stand, they can ride with an adult. The only experience that has an age limit is the Euro High-Speed track.  You must be a minimum of 16 with a valid driver’s license.

Is an international drivers license acceptable? 

Yes. A valid drivers license issued by a government agency is acceptable.

Is a deposit required? 

Deposits are not required for individual reservations, however the reservation must be paid in full upon arrival.
